Jansen Property Management offers a transparent, flexible pricing structure that lets estates choose only what they need.
Our Essential Collections Package is compulsory and covers all core functions such as levy billing, collections, trust account management, and basic compliance.

Estates may then add any of our optional packages:

  • Secretarial & Governance — Meetings, financial reporting, audit preparation, trustee support

  • Maintenance Oversight — Inspections, contractor coordination, and maintenance administration

Each package adds a clear per-unit fee, ensuring predictable costs with no hidden charges.

Any services requested by individual owners—such as levy clearance certificates—are billed directly to that owner, keeping estate costs fair and transparent.

TRANSPARENCY

Jansen Property Management does not charge extra fees on their services. Everything is done for the convenience and care of our clients as per our contract and chosen packages. We want every client to have the ability to budget accurately for their month to month costs. This causes a slight inflation to our prices but can promise it remains an under average pricing in comparison.
